Lost your report link? Enter the email you paid with and your report number to open it again — no account needed.
Where to find your report number
- Your PayPal receipt email — search your inbox for “Horus” or “HR-”. The item reads Roof report HR-… followed by the property address.
- Paid by card without a PayPal account? PayPal still emails a receipt to the address you typed at checkout. Use that email here.
- Your PDF — the number is printed under the address at the top of the report.
If you bought several reports with the same email, one report number is enough: we list all of them.
Reports stay available for 30 days after purchase. After that the data is deleted, so download the PDF if you need it longer.
