Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Horus website and roof measurement reports (the “Service”), provided by Horus Roofers (“Horus”, “we”). By ordering a report you agree to them.
1. The Service
Horus produces roof measurement reports from aerial imagery and third-party geospatial data. Before you pay, we check whether data is available for the address you enter. A report includes the measurements described on our website at the time of purchase.
2. Estimates, not surveys
Reports are estimates intended for quoting, budgeting and material planning. They are not a survey, inspection, engineering assessment or appraisal, and must not be used as the sole basis for insurance claims, legal disputes or structural decisions. Accuracy depends on the imagery available, its capture date, vegetation, and the complexity of the roof. You are responsible for verifying dimensions on site before ordering materials or performing work.
3. Price and payment
Each report costs $15 (USD) unless a different price is shown at checkout. Payments are processed by PayPal; we never see or store your full card number. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout.
4. Delivery and access
Reports are delivered on screen, usually within a minute of payment, at a private link. The link stays active for 30 days, after which the report is deleted. Download the PDF to keep a permanent copy. If delivery fails, we will either deliver the report or refund you.
5. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You may use reports for your own business or personal purposes, including sharing them with your customers. You may not resell access to the Service, use automated means to query it, attempt to extract our data or imagery in bulk, or use it in violation of any law or third-party rights.
7. Third-party data
Reports include data and imagery from third parties, including Google. That content remains the property of its owners and is provided subject to their terms.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
Except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a report is limited to the amount you paid for that report, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or the cost of materials or labor.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
