HORUS

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 6, 2026

This policy explains what Horus Roofers (“Horus”) collects when you use our website and reports, and what we do with it. We collect as little as possible and we don’t sell personal information.

What we collect

We don’t require an account, and we don’t ask for your phone number.

How we use it

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run the Service: PayPal (payments), Google Maps Platform (geospatial data and imagery — we send coordinates, not your name), the U.S. Census Bureau geocoder (the address text you type), our email delivery provider, our hosting provider, and Cloudflare (network security). We don’t sell or rent personal information and we don’t share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Reports and the imagery-derived data in them are deleted 30 days after they are created. Unpaid lookups have their data removed after 24 hours. Order records (address, email, amount, date) are kept as long as needed for accounting and legal obligations.

Cookies

Horus itself doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. PayPal may set cookies during checkout under its own privacy policy.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, subject to records we must keep by law. California residents have these rights under the CCPA; we don’t sell or share personal information as those terms are defined there. Email support@horusroofers.com.

Security

Data is sent over HTTPS, report links are long random tokens, and access to our systems is restricted.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
